Location: Harrisburg Arts Festival takes place just south of the intersection of S. Cliff Avenue and 273rd
street (Hwy 110) in Harrisburg, South Dakota. Participation open to local and regional artists and craftsman producing original works of art and craft. Vendor booths will be located outdoors on festival grounds.
Setup Times Saturday 5:30a.m.- 8:30a.m.
Please plan to arrive on site Saturday morning in time to set up your booth space by 8:30a.m. All vehicles must be removed from the festival site by 8:30a.m.
Please note that no electricity or water is available at booth sites.
Tear Down Times Saturday 5:30 p.m.- 7:00 p.m.
Please do not break down your booth space until after 5:30p.m.
No vehicles will be allowed in the booth areas until after 5:30p.m.
Parking
Vendors may park in any of the parking areas outside the entrance of the festival grounds.
Location of Booth Space
Upon arrival, please go to the registration table located at the Harrisburg Days tent.
Each vendor will be assigned a specific location at the festival site.
Booth sites will be assigned a number which will be attached to a stake in the ground.
Booth to be provided by exhibitor (including own display units, tables,Booths chairs and canopies). No electricity or water available at booth sites. Exhibitors are responsible for their own set-up and tear down.
Registration $40.00 per space (12' x 12' approximate) Completed registration form (please include a photo of the items you will be selling). Registration fee must be included with registration form and received before April 15, 2010. Cancellations before May 1 will receive full refund; cancellation after May 1 will forfeit refund.
Food and Beverages
Food and beverages will be for sale at the festival but feel free to bring your own lunch and drinks, if desired. Complementary drinks and snacks will be provided to vendors.
Weather Conditions
The Harrisburg Arts Festival and other events associated with Harrisburg Days will occur regardless of weather conditions.
Publicity Widespread, multimedia coverage including Sioux Falls and surrounding cities.
Restrictions Harrisburg Days Foundation assumes no liability in cases of loss or damage to artwork or personal property. No pets at booth sites. Artists or representative must transact all sales. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.
